Former Truett McConnell University (TMU) President Emir Caner has filed a lawsuit against the university. nowhabersham.com reports Caner alleges in the litigation that the school’s trustees breached his employment contract when they terminated him last year.
The complaint seeks damages, attorney fees and other relief related to his dismissal.
Caner was fired over his handling of sexual misconduct complaints involving former university officials.
