UPDATE: Investigators file new charges in June 16 drug investigation

Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators have filed additional felony drug charges against three people arrested during a drug raid last week at a residence near Oakwood. 

HCSO NEWS RELEASEE:

“As previously stated, HCSO Special Investigations Unit (SIU) investigators seized cocaine, marijuana, THC  products and cash while executing a search warrant on June 16 at a residence in the 3100 block of Ivey Hill  Circle. At the time, investigators arrested and charged Brandon Maximiliano Fuentes, 18; Brianna Xithlaly  Fuentes, 20; and Yuritzy Alexandra Lopez, 20, with one count each of possession of THC oil with intent to  distribute. 

On June 18, investigators obtained additional warrants, also charging all three suspects with: 

• Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (felony) 

• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (felony) 

Brandon Fuentes has remained in the Hall County Jail since his June 16 arrest. He is currently being held on  $16,000 bond. 

Brianna Fuentes bonded out of jail June 17. HCSO Warrant Service Unit deputies took her back into custody Sunday morning at the residence in the 3100 block of Ivey Hill Circle after investigators obtained the additional warrants. She was booked into jail and remains held without bond. 

Lopez, who was released from jail on bond June 17, was also arrested Sunday by Warrant Service Unit deputies at a residence in the 4200 block of Hidden Valley Way in Oakwood on the added charges. She was booked into jail, where she remains without bond. 

The investigation remains active.
