A 23-year-old man was being held in the Hall County Jail early Saturday evening on bonds totaling $16,750, following his arrest Thursday morning on fraud and terroristic threat charges among several others.
C’Kevian Armaad Cheeks is also being held but without bond on a probation violation charge. There are nine charges in all:
