HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:
“Mr. (Michael Steven) Silvey was arrested at his residence in the 200 block of Shallowford Road after an HCSO deputy responded to the location to investigate a report of shots fired.
The initial investigation found Mr. Silvey (64) had become angry at some children who were reportedly playing their music too loud. He fired three shots in his back yard. The investigation also determined Mr. Silvey was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. No one was injured. Mr. Silvey was taken into custody around 11 p.m. Thursday.”
