HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Isaiah Nasir Brown, 24, Buford, is now in custody in connection to a child molestation incident that occurred in Hall County nearly three years ago.
Brown is accused of touching the breasts of a girl between the dates of July 8 and July 9, 2023, while the two were at a residence on Calvary Drive in Gainesville. The victim was under the age of 16 at the time. Brown and the victim were known to one another.
The victim disclosed the assault to a relative on Nov. 14, 2023. The relative contacted law enforcement, and the case was assigned to criminal investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). Following a forensic interview with the victim, investigators obtained arrest warrants for Brown on Feb. 6, 2024.
Brown had remained at large until his arrest Monday, when he was transported from Gwinnett County to the Hall County Jail where he remains held on charges of child molestation and sexual battery. Bond has been set at $11,400.”
