Woman, arrested in N. Hall, facing drug distribution, other charges

A Gwinnett County woman remained in the Hall County Jail without bond Tuesday afternoon following her weekend arrest in North Hall on an outstanding warrant and several drug charges The arrest happened Saturday afternoon in Clermont.

HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:

“At approximately 12:30 p.m., deputies stopped a Dodge Ram pickup truck in the 200 block of Main Street. Deputies were acting on a tip that Jasmyn Norra Chambers-Miller, 24, was in the truck. They identified a backseat passenger as Chambers-Miller, who had an outstanding arrest warrant (Superior Court arrest order).

While arresting Chambers-Miller, deputies found a THC vape in her pocket. They also found approximately 3 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 11 grams of methamphetamine and several small plastic bags in her purse. Deputies also seized several pills from her purse.

In addition to the existing warrant, deputies charged Chambers-Miller with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute and possession of THC oil, all felonies. Additional charges are pending GBI Crime Lab test results on the composition of the seized pills.”
