The Hall County Democratic Party will have its final meeting before the May 19 primaries May 11 and expects several of the candidates running in the Democratic primary to be there, including some “down the ballot” contenders.
The meeting will be in the Gainesville Civic Center starting at 6:00 with “social time” with candidates and other Democrats, the announcement of the meeting says.
‘’This will be our last meeting before the May 19th primary,” said Kim Floria, chair of the Hall Democratic Committee. ‘’Remember that the primary is THE election for the State Supreme Court justices and the Appeals Court justices. We encourage all Democrats in the area to join us for this gathering.”
