David Weekley Homes Atlanta Division announced Tuesday that its
first 55+ community in Gainesville, Lanier Landing, is on schedule to open in Late
Spring.
Set at the edge of Lake Lanier, the lakeside community spans 120 acres and will
soon offer 229 homes with a choice of 20 floor plans that provide an ideal blend of livability and
luxury.
Amenities planned for
Lanier Landing include a resort-style clubhouse with a gym and aerobics studio, a pool,
pickleball courts, an RV/boat storage lot, and more.
“After having a presence in Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch for two decades, we’re no
strangers to Hall County,” said Adam Cornett, Atlanta Division President for David Weekley
Homes. “However, Lanier Landing provides an opportunity for us to add the City of Gainesville
to our portfolio. Although it’s been one of Georgia’s largest cities for more than 200 years,
exciting developments are underway throughout the historic city, making it even more appealing
to active adult homebuyers.”
