New tax credit; Dead woman left at ER; An airport record

*Gov. Brian Kemp announced a new tax credit Tuesdy that could benefit many students in the state. The program provides a dollar-for-dollar federal income tax credit up to $1,700 for contributions to approved non-profits that provide scholarships to eligible students. Those students must come from households with income no more than 300% of their county’s median income and be eligible for public school.  

*Police in Richmond County are looking for a man they say dropped off a dead woman at a hospital and left. The sheriff’s office says the suspect, 47-year-old Michael Lee Harrelson, is wanted for questioning related to the woman’s death. They add that Harrelson also has other active warrants for unrelated incidents.  

*Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport is breaking records with the number of passengers traveling through security. The AJC reports a record 30.1 million passengers passed through TSA last year. This marks the first time the airport has surpassed the 30 million mark.
