*Changes are coming to Mercedes-Benz Stadium ahead of the World Cup matches which begin June 15th. This week workers start replacing artificial turf with natural grass. They also have over 2,000 corporate signs to cover up before then.
*Lightning takes out a popular Atlanta tourist attraction. Workers are disassembling the iconic Skyview Ferris Wheel after lightning hit it last week. Officials say lightning hit the hub of the 200-foot tall landmark and disassembly is the first step in repairing it.

With over 120-thousand gang members and nearly 2,000 active gangs in the state, concerns are growing about gangs recruiting younger members for violent crimes. Efforts to combat gang violence include tougher penalties, prevention programs, and community-based initiatives. Lawmakers aim to strike a balance between holding offenders accountable and preventing future generations from joining gangs.
