Four HCSD schools make latest Advanced Placement Honor Roll

Four Hall County high schools have been named to the state’s 2025 Advanced Placement (AP) Honor Roll, which recognizes May 2025 AP Exam test data.

The schools are Chestatee, Cherokee Bluff, East Hall and Flowery Branch.

AP exams are administered by the College Board. AP courses are one way students can access
college-level rigor at the high school level; students who receive a 3, 4, or 5 on an AP exam are
eligible to receive college credit.

This recognition is especially meaningful for Hall County Schools, district officials say, where many high school students also pursue other rigorous academic pathways, including dual enrollment and the
International Baccalaureate program at three high schools.
