A 21-year-old man is being held without bond in the Hall County Jail after he was arrested Monday for driving past a stopped school bus, according to the sheriff’s office.
That act led to a more serious charge, authorities say: an immigration violation and that means he’s on immigration “hold.”
Ricardo Danis Hernandez Ordonez is also charged with a driver’s license violation.
