HCFR NEWS RELEASE:
“At approximately 11:00 a.m. (Friday), Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR) responded to the 3700 block of Ben Parks Rd. in Murrayville for reports of a fire. First arriving units discovered a fully involved out-building. Crews immediately began a defensive attack on the flames from the exterior.
The bulk of the fire was extinguished quickly by shuttling water between engines and utilizing the tender for water supply. No one was inside of the structure at the time of the fire and no one was injured on scene. The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.”
