Four of Hall County’s five Superior Court judges have recused themselves from hearing a suit filed against the county by three planning commissioners accused of violating the state’s open meetings law.
The trio filed suit earlier this week seeking to prevent a board of commissioners hearing Dec. 17 into the matter.
GLORY 97.5 has confirmed that Judges Clint Bearden, John Breakfield, Lindsay Burton, and Bonnie Chesser Oliver have disqualified themselves to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest.
