The first week in December is going to be a cool and wet one overall, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Though we won’t see rain every day “Rainfall is expected Today through Tuesday with the heaviest rain moving across north and central Georgia Monday night into Tuesday morning,” the NWS advisory says. “Total expected rainfall is 1 to 2 inches for most, though a few locations could see higher amounts. Another round of rain is possible Friday. Temperatures will remain cool/chilly and fall-like across northern Georgia, with a bit more variability in central Georgia.”
