The Hall County Commission (HCC) will hold a called meeting Tuesday afternoon concerning the fate of three planning commission members found to have violated the state’s open meetings law.
The meeting will be at 3:00 at the county government center on Browns Bridge Road.
Last week, an investigation into the charges that the so-called Sunshine Law had been violated revealed that the trio – Chris Braswell, Stan Hunt and Frank Sosebee – did, indeed, have meetings without notifying the public and the media.
