Hall County’s dog park fountains and restrooms at several parks in the county system have closed, as of Friday, for the cold weather season.
To protect the equipment from freezing weather, dog park water fountains will be turned off at:
Cherokee Bluffs Park
Laurel Park
Mulberry Creek Park
The parks, themselves, however, remain open.
Meanwhile, as temperatures drop, the restrooms at Platt Park, Sardis Creek and Williams Mill Greenspace have also officially closed until March.
This seasonal closure helps us protect plumbing and facilities during colder months and ensures they’re ready for you when spring returns.
And the parks and trails remain open daily.
