HCFR NEWS RELEASE:
“At approximately 4:15am, Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR) responded to the 2200 block of Smallwood Rd. for report of a residential fire.
Upon arrival, units found fire in the attic of the residence. A quick…attack was made on the bulk of the fire located in one room.
The flames were knocked down quickly and the residents exited the home prior to HCFR arrival.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
