South Hall is in line for another Kroger Marketplace. This one would be located on Mundy Mill Road at Millside Parkway. There is already one just a few miles away near the entrance to Royal Lakes Subdivision.
loopnet.com also reports that four outparcels will be available for development as part of the supermarket-anchored shopping center ranging in size from 1.12-1.44 acres and “ideal for (quick service restaurants), financial institutions, medical offices or retail use.”
The Kroger store is scheduled for opening next year.
