Gainesville is playing host this week to the annual meeting of a statewide group that promotes downtown business interests across Georgia.
“We’re proud to host this year’s Georgia Downtown Association (GDA) Conference in the heart of Downtown Gainesville!” begins a Facebook post describing the conference. “Throughout the week, downtown professionals from across the state will come together to learn from each other and from the incredible successes our community has celebrated in recent years.”
