Three Town Hall Education meetings are planned on the proposed extension of a countywide Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). A referendum on the proposal will be held during the Nov. 4 General Election.
The meetings will be held as follows:
*Tuesday, September 9, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Flowery Branch City Hall
*Tuesday, September 16, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Sterling on the Lake
Clubhouse
*Tuesday, October 7, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Flowery Branch City Hall
