*A 47-year-old man was being held without bond in the Hall County Jail at mid-morning Saturday, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, probation violation, and resisting arrest among other things. He was arrested about noon Friday.
*A 38-year-old man faces DUI and a number of drug-related charges, including trafficking in illegal drugs following his arrest late Thursday night. He’s also being held without bond.
*Two people, a 64-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman, are charged with drug possession and distribution charges following their arrests Friday afternoon at Lula Pharmacy. The woman is also charged with tampering with evidence. The man’s bond has been set at $5,200. The woman is being held without bond.
Details on these cases will not likely be available until local law enforcement offices reopen Monday morning following the weekend.
