HCFR NEWS RELEASE:
“At approximately 5:00pm (Friday), Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR) units responded to the intersection of Mt. Vernon Rd. and Whitmire Rd. for reports of a residential fire. Upon arrival, a fully involved barn and camper were discovered with extension to an outbuilding and truck.
The fire was quickly knocked down and a primary search was all clear. All buildings were a total loss, and the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
The Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the fires.
