An Atlanta area real estate developer plans a new single-family subdivision in the Braselton are which will, when completed, feature 133 homes.
The NEWSTAR development will include 87 four-bedroom homes and 46 three-bedroom homes.

Construction is expected to begin later this year with first houses ready for delivery by next spring.
