HCSO: Gwinnett woman arrested for threatening lives of S. Hall woman, children

HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:

“On Saturday night, July 19, Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputies responded to a call about threats at a residence on the south end of the county.

Deputies met with the adult female complainant. According to the preliminary investigation, the suspect, Jordan Nakaila Harvin, 28, of Lawrenceville, called and sent threatening text messages to the victim. During the communication, Harvin threatened to kill the victim and her children. The victim and Harvin are known to one another through another individual.

Deputies obtained arrest warrants for Harvin on charges of felony terroristic threats/acts and misdemeanor terroristic threats. Deputies also provided extra patrol in the area where the victim resides.

HCSO Warrant Service Unit deputies took Harvin into custody on Thursday morning, July 24, at the Gwinnett County Jail. She was then held in the Hall County Jail until Friday evening, July 25, when she was released on $27,900 bond.”
