Invesco Real Estate has acquired a Buford shopping complex for more than $82 million and it’s not who you may think it is.
Georgia Crossing, a 317,301-square-foot shopping center, was bought for $82.3 million.
It is 26-years-old and is at 3205 Woodward Crossing Blvd., across from the Mall of Georgia.
