FCSO releases new details about fiery suicide

“On 07-19-2025…responded to…Briar Ridge Way in reference to a vehicle fire.
Upon arrival…observed a 2021 Toyota Corolla…nearly fully engulfed in flames.

The entire engine compartment and most of the interior was fully engulfed. The car was parked in the roadway in front of the residence at… At this time I attempted to make contact with the
residents of this residence.

I made contact with…inside the residence. I asked her if she knew who`s car was on fire in
front of her residence.

Forsyth County Fire Dept (Engine 15) arrived and quickly began applying water to the car fire.

It was at this time they observed a subject located inside the vehicle, sitting behind the steering wheel.
They quickly removed the subject, but the subject was clearly deceased.

As I continued to speak with…she advised her ex-boyfriend could be the one responsible for the
vehicle fire because he has a history of stalking her. She identified her ex-boyfriend to be….”
