A tropical disturbance will move across Florida, then along the Gulf Coast on Wednesday, and slowly progress to the west through Thursday.
This system could develop into a tropical depression or tropical storm.
However, impacts for north and central Georgia are not expected outside of some increased moisture for afternoon thunderstorm development through the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
