GSP NARRATIVE :
“On June 24, 2025, at approximately 4:20 pm, Abel Martin (15 years old) of Alto, GA, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado in the left lane on SR 365 (Cornelia Hwy).
Phillip Martin (49 years old) of Alto, GA was in the passenger seat.
Abel merged into the right lane with a possible tire failure and traveled onto the right shoulder. He attempted to control the vehicle and bring it back onto the roadway, but overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle.
The Silverado overturned into the median and landed back on its tires and on top of the cable barrier.”
