Oakwood Police arrested a man wanted by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Thursday afternoon on Winder Highway.
“Officers observed a White Ford Econoline Van traveling eastbound on Mundy Mill Road and recognized the driver as being Joseph Eubanks,” Lt. Stewart Webb said. “Officers realized that he had an active Felony Probation Violation arrest warrant through the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.”
The van pulled into the Ingle’s parking lot on Winder Highway near Union Church Road where Eubanks was arrested without incident.
Eubanks was still in jail Thursday night with no bail.
