Norfolk Southern will close Cagle Road at the railroad crossing Monday, the first of several planned crossing replacements in Hall County.
Following the Cagle Road work, the railroad will work with a system production team to replace the following crossings as well:
Lula Road- Between Cemetery Road and Burton Road in Lula
White Sulphur Road- Between Hillcrest Sulphur Road and Cagle Road also in Lula
White Sulphur Road- Between Crescent Drive and Pine Valley Road in Gainesville
Athens St- Between Purnell Drive and Mill St. in Gainesville
Dorsey St. between Aviation Blvd and SW Industrial Blvd. in Gainesville
The crossings will be closed for 48-72 hours each.
