Lengthy drug investigation results in S. Hall man’s arrest

A Flowery Branch man remained in the Hall County Jail with no bond Tuesday afternoon following his arrest on cocaine trafficking charges. The investigation into the case began last fall, the sheriff’s office said Tuesday.

HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:

“Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) narcotics investigators arrested Ryan Ewald To, 29, on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, at a location on Spout Springs Road.

A search of To’s vehicle led to the discovery of 30 grams of suspected cocaine in a baggie and a quantity of Alprazolam tablets, also in a baggie. To was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam).

The street value of the illegal narcotics was estimated at $3,100.”
