UPDATE: Mixed-use development in Cleveland approved by city planning board

Plans for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, announced last fall, are moving closer to final approval. The project now has the blessings of the city planning board which has sent a recommendation for approval to the city council.

Developers have said it would consist of one building housing a 60-bedroom assisted living facility, a six-room medical office complex and a 40-bedroom hotel.
