The Braselton Planning Commission is poised to consider plans for a three-story retail complex across from Chateau Elan Golf Club next month.
The developer, Land Development and Engineering, goes before the commission Oct. 5 in hopes of getting a Planned Unit Development Master Plan Amendment for 3.7 acres on Village Way. The project calls for three buildings for a restaurant and “retail uses.” Total square footage: 17,827.
