One of two men free on bond following their arrests earlier this month in connection with a series of shootings in Flowery Branch was behind bars again Monday night after his arrest on new, related charges.
“Flowery Branch Police investigators continued to diligently work on the case,” Deputy Police Chief Todd Templeton said Monday evening. Investigators developed additional probable cause to charge Mr. (Brian) Greene with 6 counts of Criminal Damage to Property in the 1st Degree and 6 counts of Criminal Damage to Property in the 2nd Degree.”
Arrest warrants were issued Monday. Once the arrest warrants were issued, officers conducted a traffic stop on Greene and took him into custody. He was being held on $17,700 bond.
