GWINNETT P.D. NEWS RELEASE:
“(Gwinnett Police) Detectives have identified two suspects in the double homicide of Maria Rosaria Montes Dorantes and her brother, Juan Angel Montes.
The lead detective has charged Manuel Lorenzo Sanchez (age 41) with 2 counts of Felony Murder, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Crimes.
The lead detective has also charged Ricardo Lorenzo Montes (age 24) with Tampering With Evidence.
The victims’ bodies were found last weekend at the I-85/I-985 split near the Hall-Gwinnett line.
The current whereabouts of Manuel and Ricardo are unknown. If anyone has information about the location of these two suspects, they are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 404.577.8477.
