Gville man charged with sexually assaulting former employee

A Gainesville man has been charged with sexually assaulting a former employee for more than one-and-a-half years, according to Oakwood Police.

Detective Sgt. Stewart Webb says the charges grew out of a complaint filed by the alleged victim Sept. 18.

“The victim told me that her employer sexually assaulted (her) over the period of (one-and-a-half) years while being employed at the Integrity Factory Service in Oakwood Georgia,” Sgt. Webb said Tuesday.    “The victim had identified the suspect as being James (Daniel) Mills.”

Mills, who is 60, was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated sexual battery. He was being held without bond in the Hall County Jail Tuesday afternoon.
