The largest of the proposed developments is planned for a 117-acre site on JM Turk Road near Guth Road. Developer Gus Simpson goes before the Hall County Planning Commission Oct. 2 with his proposal for a 324-lot development. Simpson is seeking to have the tract rezoned from Agricultural III (AR-III) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Also, at that meeting, Thomas O’Brien Kappler and Nasuti PC will propose rezoning 22 acres on Spout Springs Road near its intersection with Lancaster Crossing from ARIII and PRD to PRD for 95 townhomes. And another 95 units are proposed for Spout Springs at Lancaster Crossing.
