UPDATE: Motorist facing 13 charges; Residential burglary; Armed robbery

****A 44-year-old woman was being held in the Hall County Jail Monday morning following her arrest Sunday night on 13 charges, including Fleeing and Attempting to elude and DUI.

Retha Eller Cano was booked about 8:30, according to jail records and was being held in lieu of $10,380 bond.

In addition to DUI and Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, Cano is charged with:

* PROBATION VIOLATION

* REGISTRATION AND LIC OF MOTOR VEHICLE

* OPER VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED TAG

* CHANGING LANES / SLOWING OR STOPPING / SIGNALS REQ / TURNING

* RECKLESS DRIVING

* DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

* HIGHWAY WORK ZONES/REDUCTION IN SPEED/SINAGE

* NO PROOF OF MINIMUM INSURANCE

* FAIL TO MAINTAIN LANE

* SPEEDING

*ARREST ORDER/SUPERIOR COURT

****The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is investigating a residential burglary that was reported in the 3700 block of Price Road Sunday night shortly before midnight.

****The sheriff’s office is also investigating a report of a Sunday night armed robbery. The call came in about 8:00. The location was the 3500 block of Thompson Bridge Road.

More information on these cases is not likely to be available before Tuesday morning when local law enforcement offices reopen following the holiday weekend.
