DST ending; Hall weather sirens tests planned

*Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends at 2:00 Sunday morning, meaning set your clocks back one hour. Only two states, Hawaii and Arizona, don’t observe Daylight Saving Time. According to the Sleep Foundation, dozens of states continue to consider proposals to adopt either permanent (DST) or permanent standard time. *An audible test for Hall County’s severe weather warning system will sound at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and they will sound for approximately three minutes. The weather sirens are tested using the wail alert tone once every three months.
