For the third straight week, the drought in Georgia – both in coverage and intensity – remains unchanged from the week before.
That’s according to the latest report from the U.S. Drought Monitor which shows small pockets of “abnormally dry” conditions in far northwest Georgia and in southeast Georgia.
The level of Lake Lanier, meantime, is 1068.9, down half a foot from last week.
