The fourth suspect in an armed robbery-murder in Flowery Branch earlier this year has been arrested in Texas.
Noe Sanchez-Rivera, 18, had been on the run since the January incident.
“Today I received word that the suspect was booked into the Hall County Detention Center,” Flowery Branch Assistant Police Chief Todd Templeton said Wednesday. “I understand he was arrested in Texas and then brought back to Georgia.”
Jail records show Sanchez-Rivera was booked early Wednesday.

Sheriff’s Office spokesman Derreck Booth said Romaro was taken into custody after the department’s Warrant Service developed information during the day that he was at home at his residence in the 4300 block of Pond Fork Way.
“Unit deputies, assisted by the HCSO Uniform Patrol Division, found Romero in the open garage of the house and took him into custody without incident at approximately 4 p.m.,” Booth said.

A third suspect in a Flowery Branch murder and armed robbery that occurred earlier this year is now in custody.
Elber Tiburico Romero, 19, was arrested Tuesday afternoon about 4:00, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. Romero is one of four people accused of the January shooting death of Mateo Rizo at Tree Park Apartments, according to Flowery Branch Police. Investigators have said the incident was apparently drug related.
Jail records show he’s charged with murder, armed robbery, and probation violation. Details of his capture were not immediately available.
Two other suspects are already in custody. Only Noe Sanchez Rivera, 18, remains at large.
