Man’s body found in Banks Co.

BANKS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE FACEBOOK POST:

“On Friday afternoon…the Banks County Sheriff’s Office discovered suspected human remains in a wooded area near Harden Bridge Road.

The remains were found during a search for Charles “Eddie” Ramsey, a man reported missing by his family. Ramsey was last seen walking towards his home on Harden Bridge Road in mid-June, 2024.

The remains were transported to the medical examiner’s office for official identification. Although there is no suspicion of foul play, the circumstances and manner of death are still under investigation.”
