The last of the fugitives in a child sex sting by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) earlier this year has now been located, brought back to Gainesville and jailed without bond. He was returned by Hall County sheriff deputies from Monroe, Georgia – his hometown.

HCSO NARRATIVE:

“Riichard Gerrin Hall, 38, of Monroe, was transported from the Walton County Jail to the Hall County Jail on Monday, August 5, 2024, to face a single charge of felony sexual exploitation of a minor.

A warrant was obtained for Hall’s arrest in January after he had voice and text conversations referencing a meeting for drug use and sexual relations with someone he believed to be a child under the age of 16.

Twenty-two suspects were arrested in two phases of the undercover operation dubbed Operation Good Shepherd in January and February 2024.
