An Oakwood man remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond following his arrest for the molestation of a girl under the age of 16.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Jeffery Dee Fleeman, 50, was arrested Sunday on a single felony count of child molestation.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) criminal investigators began their investigation of the incident on June 14, 2024, the same day the assault occurred at a residence on McBrayer Road in Oakwood. The victim reported the assault to trusted adults who quickly contacted law enforcement. The suspect and the victim are known to one another.
Warrants were issued for Fleeman’s arrest on July 16. He turned himself in at the Hall County Jail (Sunday).”
