A consultant has concluded that Flowery Branch needs more places for people to park but stopped short of recommending that the city embark on construction of a “major new parking structure.”
“The City should address this with a combination of parking management, supply additions through adding more on-street parking, and use of other event management strategies before considering construction of a major new parking structure,” the 53-page Downtown Parking and Mobility Analysis concludes.
