JHS grad places in Top 10 in national FBLA competition

David Mendoza, a recent graduate of Johnson High School, placed 9th in Computer Applications at the recent Future Business Leaders of American (FBLA) National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla.

More than 17,000 middle school, high school, and college students along with their teachers, volunteers, and exhibitors from across the country attended.

Earlier this year, Mendoza placed 2nd in the state in the same event, qualifying him for the National Competition. He plans to attend the University of North Georgia and major in Political Science.
