More arrests in DNR investigation

Two more arrests were reported recently in a state Department of Natural Resources (DNR) ongoing investigation.

The first arrest occurred earlier this month: Arrest made in 2-year-old state wildlife case (wgtjradio.com)

In the latest cases that were made, a 43-year-old man and a 49-year-old are facing a combined total of 129 charges most related to illegal activities involving Georgia wildlife, including Hunting from a Vehicle. Other charges include Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Both men were booked into the Hall County Jail around midday June 12.

As was the case earlier, DNR spokesman Mark McKinnon declined comment on the arrests, saying “I won’t be able to release anything until I get clearance from the investigators.”
