An East Hall man was arrested earlier this week on a charge of child cruelty.
HALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“Ian James-Arthur Irwin, 36, of Lula, remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond following a domestic incident at his residence on Mickam’s Way the afternoon of Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Irwin is accused of dragging a child by the arms and by the hair up the driveway of the residence following an argument. The victim, a female under the age of 18, suffered scrapes on her hands as a result.
Responding Hall County deputies arrested Irwin on charges of first degree child cruelty and simple battery under the Family Violence Act.”
