Items on the agenda for the Sept. 2 meeting of the Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) include a proposal for an 80-lot housing development on Ben Parks Road.
Davis Engineering and Surveying is requesting that the 61-acre tract near Jake Kemp Road be rezoned from Residential 1 Low Density to Planned Residential Development.
Also at the meeting, planners are expected to consider requests for an outdoor recreation facility on Centennial Drive, an agri-entertainment venue on Stanley Road near J.M. Turk Road; and an indoor/outdoor storage and warehousing complex on West Ridge Road at Stallworth Street.
